The location was fabulous, just a few minutes walk away from the nearest train station. it was at the heart of everything, there was malls and shopping districts, many food options as well :)

the hotel was very good. would stay again.

great central location. hotel was clean and housekeeping was good. bidet bathroom was excellent.

wifi on 10th floor was weak. breakfast was stocked well but food was just ok. the coffee could be much better, the espresso machine is not very good at making good coffee.

Attentive staff , they will remind you if you forget to use your free laundry service. 1 set of undergarment per day / room include a pair of sock too. We booked Junior King room.

great business hotel

the location is great, close to the station. The breakfast was great as well, stayed 3 nights and all 3 breakfast was something different, also enjoy the peaceful dining area which normally would be swamped with hotel patrons

perhaps the maintenance, since the auto sensor and controller for the water closet wasn’t working properly. Wished we knew that the open terrace on the 9th floor room need to be requested

Very good

Hotel is 40 steps away from metro entrance, a convenient base for exploring the city. Hotel is compact and only has 10 floors. Good soundproofing. Staff went our of their way to make reservation for us with a restaurant, and write directions for the taxi driver. There are cafes, bars and restaurants/ eateries in the alleys behind the hotel, as well as food courts in nearby department stores (also, a Din Tai Fung across the street at the basement of Mitsukoshi). Good local/Asian breakfast. - some dishes varied during our stay. Quite comfortable business hotel. We got a deluxe room for the additional space.

Hotel issued only one key card even when we requested two. 24-hour red light on the ceiling was annoying. No English channel on cable TV (the room had 3 TV sets!) While we understood that health protocol prohibited cleaning crew from entering our room for the first 7 days, some arrangement should have been made to collect our trash bags, and automatically replenish the complimentary bottled water, tea/ coffee, etc. (we had to request it at the reception in subsequent days). As we tested negative when we took our Covid-19 test on the second day, the pillow cases (at least) could have been changed after the second or third day.
